The Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities ended 2012 with 628 members, making it the fourth largest building association in Washington.

The association's membership retention rate is about 84 percent, the highest in the state according to statistics released by the Building Industry Association of Washington. The association is also the 35th largest building association in the entire country.
