GRANDVIEW -- The 17-year-old driver in last week's crash that killed two of his schoolmates still is in critical condition.

Jovannie Razo remains at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, where he was taken after the Jan. 8 crash on Evans Road.

Investigators suspect Razo, a Grandview High School student, was speeding in his Dodge Neon when he crashed into trees near a bend in the rural road north of Grandview.
