Gilbert Richard Carrigan, 78, of Desert Aire, died Jan. 13 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Beroun, Minn., and had lived in Desert Aire for 31 years.

He was a retired millwright for Washington Public Power Supply System.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
