Marie Ellen Scheel, 97, of Pasco, died Jan. 12 in Pasco.

She was born in Swanville, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 64 years.

She was a retired retail clerk for JCPenney.

Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
