Symphony concert Jan. 20 in Richland

The Mid-Columbia Symphony will perform its Heroes concert starting at 3 p.m. Jan. 20 in the auditorium at Richland High School instead of its usual Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.

The program includes Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, Copland's Lincoln Portrait and Beethoven's Symphony No. 3.

Tickets to the concert are by season pass, or individual cost is from $27 to $52 and can be purchased at, the Toyota Center box office or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets purchased at the box office avoid service charges.
