Carlos Ochoa, 16-year-old son of Leticia and Enrique Ochoa of Grandview, died in Richland Jan. 8 after a car accident.

He was born in Prosser and was a lifelong Lower Valley resident.

He was a student at Grandview High School.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
