Grandview takes control of swimming dual meet

Grandview won seven events in defeating East Valley 54-34 on Saturday, but the Greyhounds fell to Cheney (92-47) and Selah (101-45) at Lions Pool in Yakima.

Grandview’s Micah Binfet beat Cheney and East Valley in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1 minute, 17.51 seconds. Teammate Mitchel Wagner received first-place points against Selah and East Valley in the 200 and 500 free.
