Rose Ann Bartlett, 95, of Pasco, died Jan. 3 at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and lived four years in the Tri-Cities.

She was a retired secretary for the U.S. State Department.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
