TONA BLOOMSTER, Pasco

While sitting on my sofa on Christmas Eve morning and reading the Herald, I noticed a couple and their two dogs walking up my driveway carrying a package. I met them at the door. They were neighbors from down the street who handed me a package of homemade cookies and wished me a Merry Christmas.

I was dumbfounded. They made my day and I want to thank them for their gift. The cookies were delicious. Their generosity was appreciated. Thanks to them and others who go out of their way to be nice.
