I am envisioning one giant campus in Southridge that will house the, Carousel of Dreams, Kennewick General Hospital and a Gesa Bank that doubles as an aquatic center. The income from the pool and the ponies can help bail out Kennewick General Hospital when it defaults on its' $800,000/month lease.
This plan will ensure the taxpayers will not see rising taxes in the face of default, the kids have a pool and maybe those hard working tellers will be given a Christmas bonus from the concession stand earnings.
Do you think those wooden ponies float?
