At least nine people are dead after a tour bus crashed on icy Interstate 84 east of Pendleton on Sunday. It was the second fatality on Interstate 84 that day. Oregon State Police said the bus crashed through a guardrail, apparently on Cabbage Hill, and went down an embankment about 200 feet before coming to rest. The bus crashed sometime before 10:30 a.m., according to the state patrol. At least 26 people also were injured in the wreck. COURTESY TIM TRAINOR/EAST OREGONIAN
