Luz C. Oversby, 76, Pasco, died Dec. 26 at her home.

She was born in Guagua Pampanga, Philippines, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years.

She was a retired medical secretary for Dr. Delos Santos of Pasco.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel and Gardens is in charge of arrangements.
