I want to thank the doctors and nurses at Kadlec Region Medical Center Cardiac Ward. I want to thank Dr. Jamali and Dr. Cordero and all their staff for all they did for me during my open-heart surgery and triple bypass. I want to thank male nurses Dan and Matt for their kindness, understanding and compassion. I want to thank Briggette and Sarah, and especially my guardian angel, Ariel! Without them I don't know if I would have survived. Thanks to Dr. Burnage for the procedure that got me out of the hospital! Thank you all.
