Owner Earl Jones was a pioneer in bringing this Iberian white variety to the Northwest, and he and winemaker Andrew Wenzl continue to craft one of the region's best. This is a bone-dry wine that is loaded with acidity. The result is a bold, steely wine with aromas of lime zest, Asian pears, gooseberries and lemons, followed by bracing flavors of quince, citrus and minerality. It's rated "Outstanding" by Wine Press Northwest magazine. (12.9 percent alcohol)
