Employers that have undocumented aliens working for them can pay $100 per person (cheap if they are trained to do a job) and the individual would pay a $100 fine and after a background check, get an employer-sponsored green card good for three years and then renewable as long as sponsored. Got a felony conviction? Bye. Get a felony conviction? Do your time, then, bye. Lose your sponsor? Got six months to find a new one, or, bye. Pay taxes or go home.
