Kennewick 3, Pasco 1: Karissa Shiflet rolled 193 and 256 scratch games to lead the Lions to a win over the Bulldogs on Thursday.

Kennewick had a batch of big scores: Danielle Gonzales 212 and Savanna Jones 192 in the opener, Gonzales a 179 in the second game.

Carrie Nolan came through for Pasco with a 170-160 performance, and Mariko Sital hit 203 in the second game.

Scratch -- Game 1: Kennewick 888 (Baicee Singer 153, Savanna Jones 192, Xochitl Garcia 138, Danielle Gonzales 212, Karissa Shiflet 193), Pasco 772 (Karla Garcia 149, Carrie Nolan 170, Neydeen Martinez 139, Maddy Serrano 157, Mariko Sital 157). Game 2: Kennewick 896 (Singer 158, Jones 159, Garcia 144, Gonzales 179, Shiflet 256), Pasco 835 (Garcia 147, Nolan 160, Martinez 177, Serrano 148, Sital 203).

Chiawana 3, Hanford 1: Valerie Vela's 169 led a second-game resurgence for the Riverhawks as they took a 3-1 win off the host Falcons.

Vela picked up 62 pins from her score in the first game as both teams struggled early. Hanford's Kendal Saueressig was strong throughout with a 169-215 finish, and the Falcons finished wiht a 175 baker game.

Richland 4, Connell 0: Shannon Cochran rolled a 172 in the first scratch game and a 191 in Game 2 to lead the Bombers past the Eagles in a matchup of first-year bowling teams at Town & Country Lanes.

Alexandra Shuster notched a 140 in the second game for the Eagles.
