World Citizens for Peace plans its annual Multi-Faith Holiday Peace Vigil at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at the fingernail stage in Howard Amon Park in Richland.
A 30-minute program of song, prayer and personal wishes for peace on Earth is planned. Children and animals are welcome.
