Samphanh S. Ounesivixay, 57, of Richland died Dec. 5 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Laos and lived in the Tri-Cities for 10 years.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
