Winters and Skalstad perform a concert Dec. 14 at All Saints' Episcopal Church, 1322 Kimball Ave., Richland. Showtime is 7:30 p.m.

The folk music event also features an open-mic session before the concert. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students and seniors. Tickets are available at the door.
