Steven Walter Norbeck, 57, of Bismarck, N.D., died Dec. 5 at Life Care Center of Richland.

He was born in Kennewick and lived many years in Kennewick before moving to Bismarck in 1976.

He was a retired water tester hydrologist for the U.S. Geological Survey.
