Enriching experience

LYNNE BITTEN, Richland

The children and parents of the Richland Community School's co-op preschool would like to thank all the Tri-City small-business owners who gave so generously to enrich the educational experience of our preschoolers this quarter: West Richland Yokes for a wonderful tour of the store, Bill's Berry Farm in Sunnyside for a great fall experience picking pumpkins, Dr. Kelly Cote for education about immunizations, Aunt Franny's toys in Richland for toy donations and Rocco's pizza in Pasco for showing us how pizzas are made and feeding us delicious pizza.

Tri-City Herald is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point. Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts.
