North Idaho beats CBC women

Angela Woods scored a game-high 17 points to lead North Idaho College to a 62-45 nonleague win over Columbia Basin College on Wednesday night in Pasco.

The Cardinals jumped out to a 25-18 lead at the half, then pulled away in the second half, outscoring the Hawks 37-27.

Sierra Higheagle and Hannah Depew each had nine points for CBC (1-5), while Alicia Jones chipped in six points and five rebounds.

Kabri Emerson added eight points and 15 rebounds for the undefeated Cardinals.
