WALLA WALLA -- Lemoin Frank Davis, 90, of College Place, died Dec. 3 at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla.

He was born in Welling, Okla., and lived in Finley for many years before moving to College Place in 1990.

He retired from Ortho Chemical of Standard Oil fertilizer plant.

Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt in Walla Walla is in charge of arrangements.
