Nathan A. Parrs

Nathan A. Parrs, 49, of Kennewick, died Dec. 3 in Kennewick.

He was born in San Diego and lived in the Tri-Cities since 2006.

He was a contractor for the U.S. government.

Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
