Circus Club at Tapteal Elementary in West Richland

Fourth-grade teacher Shannon Case is the "ringmaster" for the Circus Club program at Tapteal Elementary School in West Richland. The group meets each Thursday afternoon to practice a variety of circus related skills and activities.
