Kennewick fire, police square off Wednesday at charity basketball event

The Kennewick fire and police departments will be squaring off Wednesday in their annual charity basketball event.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m at the Kennewick High School gymnasium, 500 S. Dayton. The game begins at 7 p.m.

Santa Claus will be making an appearance.

There will be a drawing with prizes, including cash.

There is no set cost, but a donation is required for entry.

Donations also can be made at the Kennewick Police Department, 211 W. Sixth Ave., or at any HAPO branch.
