Sponsors of the dance for teenagers in the Kennewick recreation hall on W. Albany Ave. Saturday night want people to know that there are a lot of youths who are not young ruffians. There were 330 teenagers from the Tri-Cities at the dance, and not the slightest sign of a scuffle.
