Norma Jean Miller, 60, of Pasco, died Nov. 30 in Richland.

She was born in Bellingham, Wash., and had lived in the Tri-Cities for 13 years. She was retired from working with the Better Business Bureau in the Tri-Cities.

Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home of Kennewick is in charge of the arrangements.
