The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is advising that a Level III sex offender is living in the 1000 block of West Lewis Street in Pasco.

Gary Dale Rincker, 24, was convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual assault in 2003 and third-degree rape of a child in 2010. He is 6-foot-1 and 172 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Rincker is not wanted by law enforcement officials but the community is advised because Level III sex offenders are considered highly likely to re-offend.
