HERMISTON -- Hermiston police arrested a transient Friday at The Agape House, a Christian organization providing basic services to those in need.
At 2:30 a.m. Friday, police went to Agape House at 500 W. Harper Road, Hermiston, after a light from a flashlight was seen around the premises.
They found Charles Cass Cooley, 33, on the property and arrested him on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass and third degree attempted theft, according to police reports. Police said Cooley has a record of 35 arrests.
