FEDERAL WAY -- Ernesto S. Ramos, 70, of Othello, died Nov. 24 at St. Francis Medical Center in Federal Way.

He was born in Cabugao Illocos Sur, Philippines, and lived in Othello for 41 years.

He was a retired laboratory director for Othello Community Hospital.

Stevens Funeral Chapel, Othello, is in charge of arrangements.
