Lowell J. Swift, 90, of Kennewick, died Nov. 28 in Kennewick.

He was born in Pendleton and lived in Kennewick since 2004.

He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the Air Force.

Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
