WALLA WALLA -- Walla Walla Area Crime Watch has received two donations worth about $10,300 to buy a soda blaster system for graffiti removal, according to the Walla Walla Police Department.

Tim Brennan, owner of Construction Equipment Exports, purchased a large diesel compressor for Crime Watch to run the equipment. The other large donation came from Sherwood Trust, founded by Donald and Virginia Sherwood.

Walla Walla Area Crime Watch raised $800 at a document shred event in October.
