Two Kennewick teenage boys threw a snowball at the wrong car near Kennewick Avenue and Washington Street. The two male occupants of the car parked and gave chase, catching two 14-year-olds and a 12-year-old near the Mid-Columbia Library. They took the lads to the police station for a stern lecture and a promise to stick to building snowmen.
