A seminar on preventing domestic violence and sexual abuse will be at Columbia Basin College at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Gjerde Center.

The seminar is in recognition of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Prevention Day, according to a release from the school.

Errin Gailey from the Domestic Violence Center and Renee Blackman from the Sexual Assault Response Center, or SARC, are the featured speakers. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
