Dripping icicles hang from the strands of a barbed wire pasture fence Monday morning at 2701 W. Giesen St. in Richland. They formed when sprinklers were left on during overnight freezing temperatures. Patchy freezing fog is forecast for Tuesday morning and evening, according to the National Weather Service.
