Douglas L. Williams, 69, of Kennewick, died Nov. 22 in Kennewick.

He was born in Medford, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for more than 20 years.

He was a retired nuclear engineer for the Bonneville Power Administration.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
