Tri-City Regional Chamber is sponsoring a "Meet the Buyer: Doing Business with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs" event.

From 10:30 a.m. to noon Tuesday, attendees will learn about the department, what it purchases and where and how to sell to it.

The free event will be at the Bechtel board room at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center, 7130 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick.
