Margo Dale Bloom, 71, died Nov. 19 at home in Richland.
She was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for 48 years.
She was a retired office manager and bookkeeper.
Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
