Charles Earnest Straub, 82, of Richland, died Nov. 19 at Richland Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Oakland, Calif., and lived in Richland for five years.

He was a retired engineer with Pacific Gas and Electric.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
