A Navy Homes wife told police at 1 a.m. today her husband was all drunked up. She said he had kicked her out of the house, locked the door and wouldn't let her in. Her coat was inside the house and it was cold outside. She said she wanted him arrested. An officer found they were both drinking. He restored domestic tranquility.
