Several locations in Hermiston were impacted by graffiti this weekend and that is incredibly frustrating not only for the citizens we serve, but our officers as well, who have been working so hard to curb criminal activity associated with gang behavior. Both these arrests come down to diligent police work utilizing the available resources at our disposal, said Hermiston police Chief Jason Edmiston in a press release.
