Ralph W. James

Ralph W. James, 91, of Richland, died Nov. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

He was born in White Plains, Mo., and lived in the area for the past 58 years.

He was a retired Hanford supervisor.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
