On this day, Nov. 18, 1957

An unusual light in the sky was reported by two West Richland men. The light was about the size of a lead pencil eraser at arm's length. It glowed bright for a few minutes, then faded and got bright again, before disappearing. The light was in the direction of Kiona. The men said it could not have been an airplane as it hovered for about 10 minutes.
