GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- Steven "Steve" G. Halstead, 59, of Goodyear, Ariz., died July 3 in Goodyear.

He was born in Vancouver, and lived in Kennewick from 1958 until 1987. He lived in Goodyear for one year.

He was a retired investigator for the Utilities and Transportation Commission.

Thompson Funeral Chapel, Goodyear, Ariz., was in charge of arrangements.
