Movember Week 3

Published: November 15, 2012

Tri-City Americans Drydn Dow (left) and Tyson Dallman are in the running for Mr. Movember. Dallman replaces Brenden Fiebelkorn, who left the team last week.

Tri-City Americans defenseman Drydn Dow has been part of the Movember contest since the start. His opposition was goalie Brenden Fiebelkorn, who I thought was leading the race after Week 2.

But, Mr. Fiebelkorn left the Americans last weekend for personal reasons, leaving me a candidate short. Team captain Justin Feser wanted to join the race, but I felt his mustache was too thin. Defenseman Mitch Topping also wanted in on the deal, but he was further behind in the polls than Feser. Jesse Mychan strolled in for practice Thursday sporting a decent mustache, but he had colored the blond a dark brown. Thanks for playing.

Forward Tyson Dallman was a perfect candidate.

Remember, it's just the mustache we are judging, not the beard.

Who do you think is leading the race?
