Carousel groundbreaking

Officials gathered today at Kennewick's Southridge sports complex to break ground on the Carousel of Dreams. The building will hold the 102-year-old carousel. Gesa Credit Union recently announced its contribution of $1 million for the project. The building is to be done by July. KAI-HUEI YAU — Tri-City Herald
