Robert L. Lyness, 87, of Richland, died Nov. 13 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Patch Grove, Wis., and was a longtime Tri-City resident.

He was a retired Richland police officer.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
