Richland library to stage night photography class

By the Tri-City HeraldNovember 14, 2012

Scott Butner of Richland will share his insight on photographing the night sky at 7 p.m. today at the Richland Public Library.

Amateur photographers with cameras that can be operated manually will learn how to take pictures of the moon without a telescope, time shots and photograph the Milky Way. The emphasis will be on incorporating the night sky in landscape photos.

Tips on capturing the Nov. 17 Leonids meteor shower will be included. His work can be viewed via scottbutner.com.
