Richland residents are eligible for free tote bag

America Recycles Day will be celebrated at Richland City Hall on Thursday.

From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., residents who sign up for curbside recycling will be given a free tote bag made of recycled plastic pop bottles.

At 11 a.m. Zinful Panini Grill and Wine Bar will sponsor a recycled art show by local artist Jenny Rieke.
